Bella Fellows and Alice Masterman joined forces to take on the skiff challenge thanks to some mutual friends and strong recommendations they would make a good team.
Fellows began her journey to the British Sailing Team at the age of five when her father took her out on the water. From there her path has taken her through the Topper to the 29er and in to the 49erFX via Youth National medals and a Youth Worlds appearance.
For Masterman it was the Optimist and her best friend that introduced the then seven-year-old to sailing. Although sailing and competing in other classes it was the 49er FX that caught her attention when it was introduced to the Olympic Games. Masterman hopped onboard a 29er and Worlds medals followed.
Now, helm Fellows and Politics graduate Masterman have teamed up to take on the skiff world.
