One of the newest members of the British Sailing Team, Daisy Collingridge joins the squad with a Youth National title in the Laser Radial and a bronze from the Youth World Championships in 2017.

Collingridge has been balancing A level studies with sailing and is planning on continuing that trend by moving on to university with a Psychology degree in her sights as well as more medals on the world stage.

With tennis ace Serena Williams as a prominent role model Collingridge hopes to inspire young girls and women herself in the future while travelling the globe taking in new and exciting cultures.

Outside of sailing Collingridge also boasts another national title taking the Junior National Memory Competition at the age of 11 – although she claims she is generally ‘extremely forgetful’ the majority of the time.
